FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment will be conducting financial need analysis for Central Christian School for the upcoming 2020–2021 school year. Families applying for financial aid will need to complete an application and submit the necessary supporting documentation to FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment. Assistance requests will be reviewed on May 1, June 1, and July 1.
Applicants can apply online by clicking the FACTS link at FACTS Grant & Aid
Assessment. There is a $35 processing fee payable to FACTS for the financial aid application.
After an online application has been completed, the following information will need to be sent to FACTS to complete the financial assistance application process:
- Copies of your most recent federal income tax forms including all supporting tax schedules
- Copies of supporting documentation for Social Security income, child support, TANF (Temporary Assistance for Needy Families)/welfare, SNAP/food stamps, and workers compensation.
All supporting documentation can be uploaded pdf format. Documentation can also be faxed to FACTS at 866-315-9264 or mailed to the address below. Please be sure to include the applicant ID on all faxed or mailed correspondence.
