Director of Development

Central Christian School of Hutchinson, Kansas is accepting applications for a Director of Development. The position is a full time, and qualified applicants should have a bachelor's or master’s degree and at least three years of educational, advancement, and fundraising experience. Knowledge of nonprofits and the preschool through grade 12 marketplace is desired. Applicants should also be a Christian believer.

The Director of Development is responsible for leading the development and execution of the school’s fundraising efforts. In addition, this position will coordinate with other staff to develop marketing and communication materials that promote the values and mission of the school and oversee the major functions related to the school’s capital campaign. The Director of Development will cultivate and establish relationships with staff, governing board members, volunteers, donors, and the general community.
