 MS and HS Math and HS Physics Teacher

Central Christian School of Hutchinson, Kansas is accepting applications for a secondary math and physics teacher for the 2020–2021 school year. Candidates should be able to teach middle and high school math including upper level high school math and high school physics. The position is full-time. Qualified applicants should have a B.A./B.S./undergraduate degree in math/science education, science, or secondary education. Those with a masters degree in math would be given preference. Applicants should also be a Christian believer and be committed to teaching students from a Christian worldview.

Base pay starts at $23,155 with additional pay for experience and course work beyond a bachelor’s degree. Tuition discount is available to qualifying employees.

Central Christian School is a preschool through Grade 12 Christian school of about 254 students partnering with families to provide students with a Christ-centered education. Information about the school can be found on the website at cougarsccs.com.

Preschool Employment Opportunities

We are looking for individuals to join our outstanding family of teachers and staff. Experience in a child care center and certification are preferred but not required. We will provide training to meet KDHE licensing requirements. Applicants must be 18 years of age or older. Central Christian Preschool and Child Care Center is licensed by KDHE to care for children 2 ½ – 12 years of age.

Our goal is to provide a safe, nurturing, Christ-centered environment where children have the opportunity to develop a love for Jesus Christ and others. We are looking for teachers and staff who will encourage healthy spiritual, intellectual, emotional, and social growth of the children in our facility.
