Information for continuous enrollment

Continuous enrollment switches the parents’ responsibility from opting in by submitting a re-enrollment packet to opting out by communicating your intent to withdraw. Just like there were tiered fees based on when you completed enrollment for the upcoming year, there will also be tiered fees based on when you withdraw. The fee schedule is below. If there are changes to the information in your student’s enrollment packet such as change of address, phone number, etc., you will need to contact the office to make those changes. Likewise, if you wish to make changes to your payment plan, contact Joley Poole, Director of Business Operations.

If you have questions about this new process, please email Amber Osner at aosner@cougarsccs.com. Continuous enrollment has been completed for all current CCS Grades K–11 students.

What you need to do:
  1. If you plan to have your student attend Central Christian School for the 2024–2025 school year, there is nothing you need to do. The only exception to this would be if information within the student's file needs to be updated (ex: address, parent phone number, insurance info, etc.)
     
  2. If you do not plan to have your student attend CCS next school year and want to withdraw your student(s), you will need to contact the Director of Admissions & Marketing, Amber Osner, as soon as possible. Fees for withdrawal of student(s) are below. 
     

February 5–February 29: $10 per student 

March 1–March 31: $20 per student

April 1–April 30: $30 per student 

May 1–May 31: $40 per student                

June 1–June 30: $50 per student

July 1–July 31: $75 per student

After August 1: $100 per student
