Applying is easy using our Online Application.

We ask families to apply online to streamline the application process and to provide parents a tool for tracking their student’s admission status after an application has been submitted.

Kindergarten Checklist

  • Kindergarten Readiness Test

Administered by CCS during May and scheduled after an application has been submitted

  • Copy of Birth Certificate

Must be completed and signed by a nurse approved to perform child health assessments or a licensed physician.

Please complete this form and return it to us at CCS. The office will send it to the applicant's previous school to obtain transcripts and other school records.
