Employment Opportunities
Elementary School Principal
CCS is looking for the next elementary school leader who is passionate about Christian education, committed to excellence, and embodies Christlike character. This position is for the 2026–2027 school year. The administration of the elementary school is delegated by the superintendent to the elementary principal. Central Christian School is searching for an elementary school principal who sees leadership as a calling, not a job. This role is for a Christ-centered experienced educator who longs to shepherd young hearts, architect a thriving learning environment, and lead adults with wisdom, courage, and humility. We are prayerfully seeking for a leader who will work in tandem with the school's administrative team, who contributes to the vision, the building of culture, and the pursuit of excellence.
The elementary school principal will be a mature, evangelical, born-again Christian with a clear testimony of faith in Jesus Christ and a deep sense of God’s calling to serve at Central Christian School. This leader will joyfully live out the CCS statement of faith and will model biblically grounded relationships with students, staff, parents, administration, and theschool's board of trustees.

Secondary Principal
Central Christian School is seeking a secondary principal who sees leadership as a calling and longs to shepherd young hearts while shaping a thriving learning community grounded in a biblical worldview. Serving Grades 6–12, this role sits at the heart of an established, interdenominational K–12 ministry that represents over forty churches, and offers rich academics, dual-credit opportunities, athletics, and fine arts— all intentionally centered on the mission to exalt the name of Jesus Christ. The school has recently completed major capital improvements and branding updates, positioning the next principal to lead in a season of momentum and growth.
Reporting directly to the superintendent, the secondary principal will serve as a spiritual leader, instructional coach, and organizational architect—shepherding students and families, championing a Christ-centered academic program, and cultivating a culture of feedback, engagement, and well-being for both students and staff. This is an opportunity for a mature, evangelical, born-again Christian educator to model Christlike character, invest deeply in teachers, partner closely with parents and the local church, and help form young men and women who lead with wisdom, courage, and joy in Christ during some of the most formative years of their lives.
