Our school office will be closed from Monday, June 30, through Friday, July 11, for annual maintenance, cleaning, and an office remodel to better suit the growing needs of the school and to better support our CCS community!

Earlier this year, a community youth art contest was held as part of Hutchinson Regional Medical Center's 50th Anniversary Celebration. They asked participants to draw, paint, or create anything that tells the story of our hospital, doctors, or nurses. Students' art was entered into three age groups, and two of the three winners were from CCS!
Senior Adelaide Clobes won the 13–18 age group, and second grader Blakelee Armbruster won the 3–7 age group. We are so extremely proud of you both and encourage you to keep sharing your God-given talents with others. Awesome job!
Back in April, third grade student Laurell Ropp won first place in the Reno County Farm Bureau Safety Poster Contest. Her poster went on to be judged at the state level competition, and earlier this month, she was notified that she placed third in state for her age group! Way to go, Laurell.

Thank You, God, for all of the blessings You have bestowed on us this past school year. As we approach our summer break, we are grateful for all who have shared in the work of CCS, seen and unseen. We ask You to bless our students, faculty, staff, parents, grandparents, donors, and volunteers. Give them all refreshment and peace. We know that we have not made it this far through the year in our strength, but rather through Your guidance and protection. Just as our school year began with You, we want it to end with You, and we give You all the praise. Thank You, Lord , for your never ending grace.
