What a remarkable season for our Cougar Football Team! 🏈🐾
After a hard-fought battle against Victoria, our season comes to a close with an incredible 10–1 record, which ties the most wins in a single season. The future is bright for this talented group, and we couldn’t be more proud.
We want to give a huge thank you to Coaches Matt Barnett, Mark Barnett, and Shane Hines for leading our young men with excellence. The wins were exciting, but the character, spiritual leadership, and Christ-centered example these coaches displayed all year long meant even more.
We believe the Lord was glorified through this team in the way they played, grew, and represented Christ on and off the field.

Earlier this month, our elementary principal, Mrs. Judy Parsons, was celebrated in the best way!
Mrs. Parsons shared, “New balloons arrived every few minutes all day, along with snacks, flowers, chocolate, cards, lunch, and so much more. It’s been awhile since I laughed that much! Thank you, school friends, for a wonderful day!”
We love seeing our Cougar family celebrate one another. We're glad you had a special birthday, Judy, and we pray for many more. #CCSFamily #WeLoveOurPrincipal

Lord, we place tonight's Stewardship Dinner in Your hands. May the evening overflow with Your presence, Your power, and Your purpose.
Use every work, every gift, and every moment to strengthen the mission of CCS and bring lasting fruit for Your kingdom.
Use every work, every gift, and every moment to strengthen the mission of CCS and bring lasting fruit for Your kingdom.

Lord, as we prepare for our Stewardship Dinner, we ask for Your guidance in every detail. Bless our planning team, our volunteers, and those working behind the scenes with unity, peace, and creativity that brings You glory.

As we near our Stewardship Dinner, we pray for hearts that give freely. Not out of obligation, but out of love for the One who gave everything for us.
Lord, may generosity overflow and Your kingdom work be multiplied through every gift that is given.

Lord, we thank You for every student and family You've brought to Central Christian School.
Bless their homes with joy, strengthen parents as they lead, and help our students walk boldly in faith. May each student know Your truth deeply and shine for You.
We also lift up our teachers, staff, and volunteers who are the hands and heart of our school. Lord, renew their strength and remind them of the eternal impact they are making every single day.

Our elementary students were inspired by God creating Adam and Eve on the sixth day. They reflected on how much God loves us, how He made us in His image, and how we can use our gifts and creativity to honor Him.

Our middle school fall sports season came and went quickly, but what an incredible season it was! 💚💙
🏃♂️ Cross Country
Six middle school boys competed with heart and determination, pushing themselves each week to get better. Nearly everyone finished the season with a personal best! 💪
👏 A special shoutout to Tyson Yutzy, who medaled in every race and finished the season with an impressive 5:57 mile!
🏐 Volleyball
Our middle school volleyball girls showed up ready to work hard each day, giving their all in practices and games. They played with grit, supported one another, and showed tremendous growth in both skill and teamwork. We’re so proud of their determination and love for the game! 💥
🏈 Football
This was a rebuilding year for middle school football since it was the first team CCS has fielded in three years! The boys fully bought into the culture and structure being built in our football program. They finished the season 2–3, closing out with a thrilling road win against Norwich! We’re especially grateful for the five eighth graders who stepped up and helped lead the way this season.
Our middle school coaches are already excited for next season, and they look forward to continued growth in our young athletes! 💚💙
